mechanically its sorted at the moment. Turning my attention to cosmetics. and the first thing to be CHOPPED is this HORRID ‘tail tidy’ that the previous owner did.
took the dremel out and the under panel off, and got to work. 2 hours later, and some light filing, got it much MUCH more flush.
TMW, I take out the fiberglass kit and seal it up, and get it painted. then its turn signals, some light wiring, and bike will be road worthy (I hope...if that fuel tap doesnt leak on me again)

The first time I used one was carving pumpkins. There was orange everywhere. One of my kids started using it and his safety glasses and face were covered. Good times.
